FAQ: Bride Interview with Gisselle
Please take a moment to read this before hiring Gisselle
How did you become a wedding planner?
Gisselle started her career in a commercial design firm, she was hired as the right hand of the owner and for the top sales person. She was also in charge of the showroom and coordinating events for the company. She planned every holiday and design events through the years and realized she loved being an event planner, while pursing her education as an interior design student at the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale. She interned with commercial and residential design firms and found her out that her heart belongs to design. Then about 4 years ago her sister got married and she help her through the whole weeding planning process up to the final details. She then realized she needed to make this into a career because she absolutely loved planning weddings! She was able to see how much her sister needed her emotionally and physically. She knew her sister couldn’t have done her wedding without her and wonder “what do other brides do in South Florida”? Most South Florida brides are not natives. Who do they rely on? This is why Gisselle created Couture Soiree, Inc. For her love of passion of design and helping South Florida brides in this huge city we live in called South Florida.
Your packages sound great! Can you tell us what really sets you apart from all the other wedding planners out there?
Couture Soiree is a full-service, full-time Wedding Planning and Design company, based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, serving the world. I am passionate and love what I do. I go above and beyond to ensure that your wedding day experience is as pleasurable and enjoyable as you have always imagined it would be! I work very hard so that you can sit back and relax.
I connect you with vendors that truly match your style and budget. I don’t treat you like just another client but as our friend, and strive to keep you well organized and on-schedule for your wedding.
This passion for what I do will be abundantly reflected in our work, and our conversations. I love helping others create their dream weddings by adding a sense of extra bliss to the beauty that already exists in the love that has brought you two together.
This all sounds so great. But, it also seems expensive. Are we going to be able to afford all this?
I have read that it takes the average bride over 400 hours to plan her wedding. That’s TEN 40-hour work weeks…. Yikes!
Who has time for that? Many brides think they can work full time, take care of a household, and plan a wedding all by them selves. At the end they end up stressed out, have gone over their budget and have taken the romance out of planning their wedding.
I have heard plenty of brides say they went over their budgets, all because they didn’t know what they were doing, and probably the worst of all, it wasn’t even close to what they wanted. Well, that’s what we are here for and we wouldn’t want that to happen to you.
Seriously think about what your dream wedding looks like and what that means to you…. We try to avoid any potential nightmares and bumps in the road for our brides. We take care of the business aspects on getting married and let you enjoy the fun parts. We are here from the beginning and even after you get married, and get settled into your new life.
We will save you time, money, and energy by doing everything just once within your budget while you have fun enjoying the exciting process of planning your wedding!
What type of bride do you work best with?
I work best with any bride at any point. If you know what you want but have no idea how to get there; or just don’t have the time or resources to get things started, its fine: You are a perfect candidate! Rest assures that you will greatly benefit from working with us in your dream wedding.
Will I lose control of my own wedding if you are planning it for me?
Of course not. A wedding planner is meant to act as an “extension” of who you are and of your creative style. We don’t design and contract any vendors without your approval. We truly enjoy focusing in your (the bride) vision for your special day. I am here to help you fully explore your potential and realize your dreams in ways that you never even realized you could!
Will you work with vendors I’ve already found or people I really want to work with?
Of course. I will work with your vendors and make sure that they are the right fit for you.
Do you take credit cards and can we have a payment plan?
Yes. What also makes us different from others is that we can setup automatic payments so that you never have to worry about sending checks, and you don’t have to think about paying us before the wedding.
Do you take more than one wedding per day?
No. We only focus on one wedding per day.
This sounds like everything we’ve been looking for. What happens next to start the wedding planning process?
The next step is for you is to call us at 954-533-4318 and you can also email us at info@couturesoireeinc.com to set up a complimentary session. I want to hear about your vision for your dream wedding day and what you’d love to see your day be like.
I’ll be happy to take you through our packages to see which one makes the most sense for you, to show you more from our portfolio, and to describe our process in more detail.
We have a couple more questions before getting started…can I call you to discuss this further?
